Location: the hotel was close enough to all the great shops in Ivanhoe, the train station and Olivia Newton John Cancer Centre, train station, main shopping strip, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat and public transport and a good range of local restaurants. They gave a studio suite with a Sofa Bed in lounge area, fridge, as example as we booked.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making everything so easy. the location is perfect, with Woolworths right next door and some awesome restaurants just a stone's throw away-definitely a win for convenience! I loved the spacious rooms, each with their own bathroom and kitchen facilities. Plus, the outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy breakfast from the cafe next door. I even appreciated the laundry service and helpful tour assistance!

There were a couple of small hiccups. It would be nice if the parking access could be streamlined a bit for check-ins, especially on a rainy day.
